At PEFCU, we give you the power to control your financial future—and your financial present—with the Card Control feature in our Mobile Banking app. With Card Control, you can be assured that when you need to take swift action to secure your cardsyou will have the access you need 

This tool gives you an extra layer of security over your PEFCU debit and credit cards. With Card Controls, you can temporarily or permanently deactivate lost or stolen cards from the PEFCU Mobile Banking app

If your card is misplaced, you can turn it off by simply toggling the on/off switch on the screen 

Enrolling is easy:  

  1. Simply log in to your PEFCU Mobile Banking app.
  2. Select the menu button found in the upper left corner of your screen.
  3. Tap Card Controls.”

  • I have notice that after 11:00pm I receive a message unable to complete request try back shortly – ok It is only until after 6:00am the card controls work.

    Please advise if this is a safety feature, Shouldn’t you have the ability to turn cards off 24/7?

    • Zachery, if you are experiencing issues with your cards or mobile banking please contact our Member Contact Center at 1-800-226-6673.

      • I locked my card using the feature, once i was ready to pay i tried to unlock the card and got a message that says ” this operation can not be performed at this time. please try again later. tried calling but ofcourse they are closed and i need to feed my children.

          • I received my new debit card. The activation code sticker says to call 800-226-6673 for 24/7 activation. This is false and misleading it only works when you have office hours. Additionally the card fraud department you are using is an outside firm and does not have access to activate the card. It’s very frustrating not to have access 24/7 as the card activation instructions are clearly incorrect
